A versatile Machine for Cutting Multiple Bars, the Vertical Cutting Action which makes it particularly suitable to feed Multiple bars.
The operating height is nominally elevated to align the machine with Conveyors or simple Bar support Pedestal to set up factory like production environment. An automatic self adjusting Bar-clamp is provided which has several merits in machine working, blade life and cutting quality.
The Cutting Tool is multiple edged; just rotate the blade for a fresh cutting edge.
From maintenance point of view, the Electro-Hydraulics is very Basic and simple where nominal skills can manage repairs. The system parts are standard easily available in nearby Hydraulic stores.
These machines are produced in large batches, under tight Quality checks and thoroughly Tested before shipment. The machine properly installed and used with some primary care, is good for many years of service life. This model is available in two Variants viz. V32 and V40. |
